Introduction   Nutrition is the process of taking in food and using it for growth, metabolism and repair of body cells.    Balanced diet is the meal that contains all food values in their right proportions.      There are several nutrients that make up a balanced diet.   1.  Menstruation period are normal and monthly but sometimes girls get worried about that period due to the hardships they face for example; dysmenorrhea, anoexia, dizziness, headache etc. Here are the tips to help you go through the period without hardships. 1. Be prepared in mind.          Many girls don't even know when they mense because they don't keep in mind that it has to happen. In that way , they get scared and anxious one the very first day of the menstruation period.
