Menstrual Health tips
Menstruation period are normal and monthly but sometimes girls get worried about that period due to the hardships they face for example; dysmenorrhea, anoexia, dizziness, headache etc. Here are the tips to help you go through the period without hardships.
1. Be prepared in mind.
Many girls don't even know when they mense because they don't keep in mind that it has to happen.
In that way , they get scared and anxious one the very first day of the menstruation period. When a girl is prepared in mind, this helps to alley the anxiety and help her go through the next steps.
2. Prepare the paddings and the other necessary material
The materials include; pads( disposable or reusable), clean well fitting knickers, unscented bathing soap, wipes/toilet paper. These must be prepared afew days prior to the menses.
3. Balanced diet
This is the key to good health. During the menses , ensure that you have a high fluids intake to prevent dizziness, feed on iron rich foods to replace the lost blood, fruits to stimulate appetite and prevent anoexia.
4. Physical Exercise
These help to releave dysmenorrhea, most especially the deep breath Exercise. But when the dysmenorrhea is persistent, visit a gymnacologist.
